Last week, colleagues from across these businesses came together in Amstelveen for the first in person module of the Leadership Development Programme.
For many participants, it was the first time meeting colleagues from other Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd. companies. Over three days, the group focused on getting to know each other, sharing experiences, and starting to build connections across the wider organisation.
The programme runs over the course of a year. Its aim is simple. To give participants the opportunity to learn, develop, and play a greater role in the future of their individual businesses and the wider SHI group.
This first module marks the start of the programme, with further sessions planned in the months ahead.
